Okay, so I eat a day to recover approximately 2,400 calories AM In anorexia nervosa, and eating 4000 calories today! Kim Disgusted with myself and hate myself feel lost control. All right I seriously want to help your self. Like me You know how you feel. I have been through this before it was thought. I'm 70 pounds to 5-5, but now is 130 pounds. Stupid I like my weight has increased by bingeing.
