TIGRIS Ban-ini Smoothie

This smoothie is great as a breakfast smoothie, satisfying mid-afternoon snack or healthy dessert. It's very customizable and kids of all ages love it!

  • 1 banana
  • 3 T TIGRIS Creamy Original Sesame Butter
  • ¾ c Water, Milk or Non-Dairy Beverage
  • Optional Sweetener: 2T honey, maple syrup, or 1-2 dates
  • Optional Flavors: 1t vanilla, ½ t cinnamon, 1T cocoa powder, other frozen fruits
  • 4-5 large ice cubes

Add everything to a blender, except ice. Blend well. Add ice and blend until thick and smooth. For a thicker consistency, add more ice. Best served immediately.
