Mediterranean Garlic Tahini Sauce

Tahini sauce, or Tahina, is a staple in Mediterranean cuisine. Creamy and spicy, drizzle this over practically anything or use it as a vegan dip.


  • 1/2c TIGRIS Creamy Original Sesame Butter
  • Garlic, 1 - 2 fresh cloves or ¼ t powder
  • 3T lemon juice, add more if desired
  • ¼ salt, or to taste
  • ½ c Water
  • Optional: fresh parsley leaves, stems removed

Add everything except parsley to a food processor or blender and blend until smooth. Add parsley, blend until combined or leave somewhat chunky. For a thinner consistency, add more water. Use more garlic for a spicier kick!

Keep refrigerated, serve as a dip or sauce.
