Sesame Date Energy Bites

These sweet treats are made with all whole foods and no added sugar. Pop one as a quick and wholesome snack for healthy sustained energy.


  • 2T TIGRIS Creamy Original  Sesame Butter
  • 6-7 Medjool Dates
  • Pinch Sea Salt
  • ½ t Vanilla Extract

Pit the dates and add to a food processor. Blend until dates break down and form into a large ball of date paste, about 1 minute. Add remaining ingredients and continue to blend until the large date ball breaks down into many small particles and everything looks combined.

Remove from the food processor and roll into small bite-size balls. The balls will be very oily, but will hold together easily. Roll the balls in your favorite toppings. Good options include: sesame seeds, toasted coconut, cocoa powder, chopped nuts, get creative!  

Refrigerate for a few hours until firm. Store refrigerated.
