Vegan Tzatziki

Tzatziki is a popular dip in the Mediterranean and Middle East. Traditionally made with yogurt, our vegan version is just as tasty and refreshing!

 

  • 1/2c TIGRIS Creamy Original Sesame Butter
  • ½ peeled or unpeeled cucumber
  • ¼ t salt, or to taste
  • 2 cloves garlic or ¼ t garlic powder
  • 1t dried dill
  • ½ t coarse black pepper
  • Water, added 1t at a time, depending on thickness preference

Add everything but the water to a food processor and blend until the cucumber is in small pieces or mostly pureed. Slowly add water 1 teaspoon at a time until the desired thickness is achieved. 

Keep refrigerated. Serve chilled as a dip or sauce.
